Avonikochi is a blend of fresh mind and experience hand.We are a bunch of passionate architects and engineers specialized in architecture designing and project management and execution.Our team members have a combined experience of more than 40 years in construction industry.

Shruthy Sasidharan is a Dubai based architect educated in prestigious university school of design, Mysore. She also had short stint in Singapore based firm Surbana International Consultants. Her expertise ranges from concept development, space planning, project design and architectural projects like Houses, Company buildings, Schools, Colleges etc. She also has extensive experience in all project phases from design through completion of construction, coordinating the efforts of contractors, architectural, engineering and landscape consultants and government agencies.She has also worked with RGB arcitects,an award winning young architecture firm. She has an innate sense of creativity which has reflected in all her works ranging from architectural to interior designing. She will be spearheading the design and architectural department of the company.

Avoni kochi is promoted by R.Sasidharan in Kochi.After living as a NRI in Middle east for 12 years. Having visited many cities of the world and lived in many Indian cities like Hyderabad,Chennai and Varanasi he has realized the challenge that NRI's faced in finding a reliable and trusted service provider to take care of their needs in their hometown in India.
Avoni in sanskrit means " Earth". Sasidharan is a graduate in Civil Engineering , having more than 43 years of rich and exclusive experience in construction of buildings, bridges/Metros/Roads/Highways and other infrastructural projects.
His last assignment was " Principal Consultant with Egis Group, ( French Engineering group involved in infrastructure and planning) as detailed design consultants for DMRC Kochi Metro Project.
He has worked in the position of Senior Management cadre as Principal Consultant, Senior General Manager, Team leader/Resident Engineer/ Superintending Engineer/Executive Engineer/Project Manager/Construction Co-ordinator of building projects/Kochi metros/highway projects funded by agencies like world bank, Asian development bank, Japan international cooperation agency , AFD etc
RETIRED AS SUPERINTENDING ENGINEER FROM GOVT SERVICE WITH PRIVY TO THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOVTS RULES AND REGULATIONS.
He is well versed in Project Mangement, Project interface, Contact Management ,Construction supervision,Material management, Quality assurance etc.
He has 12 years of experience in international assignments in Housing projects in Bahrain and Sultanate of Oman.
